A master plan for a 66-acre site was created to influence the build out of privately-owned parcels within an existing corporate office park.

The planning process included building consensus for the master plan among several town boards, and presenting the plan to the developer of the park. This process allowed the town to negotiate a mitigation package with the proponent to maximize the project's public benefit, and to minimize environmental impact.

Features of the plan included new recreation fields, wetlands enhancement, and development of a walkway network throughout the office park which connects to a planned regional recreation trail. Multi-story buildings and decked parking were encouraged to create and preserve open space and allow community access.
