Master planning for the redevelopment Symmes Hospital in Arlington, MA, featuring 200 units of multifamily housing and 36,000 square feet of medical office space on 18 acres.

The $53 million project will preserve 70% of the site as green space. A series of linked open spaces will provide a variety of active and passive recreational amenities, including a publicly dedicated "Vista Park", which will provide stunning views of the Boston skyline.
