Client:  Community Development Division of the City of Nashua
Location:  Nashua, NH

Participated in a multi-disciplinary planning and design team that prepared a long-term master plan for an industrial neighborhood in transition. A prime feature of the plan included siting and design of a future commuter rail station, as well as transit-oriented development designed to stimulate economic development. Prepared streetscape guidelines document that can be implemented over several years.
