Participated on a multi-disciplinary team with Von Grossmann & Company to generate a redevelopment master plan effort, which will guide the revitalization of the downtown business district and an adjacent rail transit district.

The goal of the plan is to redefine the downtown as a walkable mixed-use, residential and commercial district, with easy access to a newly constructed MBTA rail station. Elements of the plan include streetscape improvements, proposals for redevelopment sites, a riverwalk, and mixed-use transit-oriented development adjacent to the existing MBTA purple line.
