Firm Providing:
Site Development Feasibility Studies - Land development feasibility
analysis. Evaluation of lot size, zoning constraints, visual impacts, soils,
topography, utilities, and regulatory constraints to determine development
potential.
Landscape Architecture - Full service Project Management from Base Mapping and Site Planning through Construction Management and Maintenance Plan development. Site Design - Schematic site plans to specify the location of buildings, parking areas, roadways and walkways, grading and drainage plans, site lighting, and planting design. Scaled layout of specific site elements, water features, gathering spaces, and program issues with notes of precise materials selected.
Project Permitting - Permitting coordination for local Planning and Zoning Boards, Conservation Commissions, Design Review Boards, and Department of Environmental Protection.
Construction Management - Coordination of installation of landscape improvements, acting as Ower's Representative. Coordination and observation of the construction labor, materials, services, and other resources required to complete the project early, under budget, and above quality, whenever possible.
